As I saw in one of the inspirational presentations recently every success has a pain behind it. Every pain will be followed with success.
How do I feel when I have to deal with surprises? Relate. Resort to your experience and emotional intelligence. Life is not about numbers -- it requires great deal of attention to details.
Some of my dearest ones celebrate birthdays this week, bought cars and went for a their dream vacation to Europe. Cool breeze for the mind. Growth too right?
Hard work and 2.0'ish approach by everyone inspires and motivates me. I would not like to follow anyone's path as it is risky, but i will learn from everyone. Another weekend is around after eventful days of hard work. Did I make anyone happy this week? Did I address all i was supposed to? You know what? I am going there to make sure of that now.

Good stuff, Hari! I enjoy hearing your thoughts. I have definitely noticed that I've learned the most following a period of pain. My goal now is to learn even better in the absence of it! :-)
